Agreements

I have read the Student Agreement, including the cancellation policy: in order to reschedule a coaching session I must (1) notify my coach in writing at least 24 hours in advance and (2) reschedule the session within 30 days of the original session date. I understand I must complete the knowledge assessment in order to begin my coaching sessions.
